With grateful thanks to Simon Goldberg for photographing and sending these images of the two Jewish graves in the Penhalonga Jewish cemetery.  Penhalonga is situated north of Mutare (Umtali) on a road which heads towards Juliasdale and Inyanga – see map below. Simon writes :  There are only two graves in the Penhalonga Jewish cemetery, although quite a few Jewish people lived and were active in Penhalonga in the early days (1920s-60s).
