Abe and Anita Abrahamson 

February 2011 – Anita Abrahamson sadly passed on in February 2011.  The S.A Jewish Report published the obituary seen on the right. 

Below are references in a book review about Abe Abrahamson and his many years of tireless work for the community and the country.  Abe was Chairman of the Rhodesian Jewish Board of Deputies, served as a cabinet minister in the Federal Governments of Garfield Todd and Edgar Whitehead. He was also Chairman of the SA Jewish Board of Deputies, Chairman of the SA Zionist Federation and held many other community roles.
